Terms of Purchase
- Online purchases made via www.the-art-of-wind-and-water.com are in agreement with the terms and conditions noted here.
- If you have any difficulty using our online shopping cart and checkout, please contact us for assistance.
- We take your privacy very seriously and so your connection to this site is encrypted, which is denoted by the padlock icon in the top left corner of your browser. It’s a good idea to always check for this when using websites whilst entering personal information.
- www.the-art-of-wind-and-water.com accepts payments via PayPal. To pay via debit or credit card, it is possible to use Paypal as a guest user without a Paypal account.
Your Email Address
- For customers who use a hotmail or live email address, please add our email firstname.lastname@example.org to your whitelist in advance of ordering from us. Without adding our email to your whitelist this may cause our automated and manual emails to be sent into your junk folder, or they may not reach you at all. It is only hotmail emails that have this error. Thank you.
Remote Full Feng Shui Survey Service Terms
- Payment only via PayPal through the web-store (you do not need an account).
- All sales are final.
- YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for the providing floor plans, photographs and compass measurements as requested.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and clarity of the floor plans, photographs and compass measurements.
- You will be sent a link to a shared Dropbox folder to upload your files.
- Mobile devices not recommended when using Dropbox.
- DIGITAL FILES
- You must have access to email and be able to open/view digital .PDF files on your computer.
- No physical printed products/documents are provided.
- Lead time 3 weeks once you have provided all of the documents/measurements requested.
- Your .PDF report will be uploaded to Dropbox.
- POST REPORT REVIEW
- A one hour post report review call via Zoom.
- The review must be conducted within 4 weeks from receipt of the report.
- Cancellations/rescheduling of the post report review meeting must be received 24 hours prior to the appointment time and date.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are not permitted, your appointment slot and this part of the service will be lost.
- Additional review meetings will incur extra fees, at a cost of £25 per half hour payable in advance via Paypal.
- EMAIL SUPPORT
- An email support service for two months, from the date the report was emailed.
Online Surveys – Cancellations/Returns/Refunds
- We want everyone to be a happy customer, so we aim to be as clear and simple as possible with our policy.
- Our online services provide customised / personalised documents which are exempt from cancellation, returns and refunds.
- All online survey sales are final.
- Our policy follows the UK Consumer Contract Regulations.
- We are based in the UK and governed by UK jurisdiction.
